What is Detailing?
Detailing is the art of reconditioning a vehicle (both inside and out) to its original luster.
Why New Image?
We believe in providing a service that is of the highest excellence. Mobile detailing creates a more personal and memorable experience for car owners, not to mention, is much more convenient than leaving your home. Aside from the convenience factor, we pride ourselves in our work. You won’t see hired help working on your vehicle, only the owners of New Image.
Do you bring water/electric hookup?
We prefer to have adequate space and water/electricity access to provide the best service possible for our customers, we can, however, provide our own electricity.
Are you insured?
Yes, New Image is a fully insured company.
Why can’t I take my car to an automatic wash?
Automated car washes can cause severe damage to not only your cars finish, but physical damage to mirrors, wheels and antennas. The industrial strength “brushes” used by these machines are the last thing you want your car being cleaned by; they induce major swirls in your paint and reduce the overall clarity of your cars finish.
What products do you use?
We at New Image spend countless hours researching and testing products to ensure our customers receive the highest quality detail. Harsh chemicals (acidic wheel cleaners/silicone-based dressing) are never used in a New Image detail. Some of the products we use are: Meguiar’s, Chemical Guys, Menzerna, Autogylm, Einszett, Blackfire and Optimum.
How long does a detail take?
Depending on the current state of the vehicle, a detail can take anywhere from an hour (maintenance detail) to 2 full days (restoration/paint correction). Our customer’s deserve nothing but the best and New Image aims for above and beyond such expectations.
What are your business hours?
We currently operate our mobile service at night and on the weekends, as well as every other Friday.
